This solution works but you have to unplug your internet for some reason blocking sc2switcher in the firewall doesn't work. Got my HoTS running again right now. If anyone knows the exact file to block plz let me know i have sc2.exe block in base whatever number starcraft 2.exe in the sc2 folder and sc2switcher all 3 blocked inbound and outbound.

Downgrade To 2.0.5

Note :
- I Only Test This On ENGB 2.0.6
- Make Backup Before Delete File

1. Go To Starcraft 2 Folder
- Delete Updates Folder and Replace With This

- Delete All File On That Folder And Replace With This
