急求Failed to create the D3D9 Device 的解决办法！！

如题，刚进入游戏就弹出“Failed to create the D3D9 Device ! This can happen if the desktop is locked.Exiting..."的字眼，然后就退出游戏。
刚看了论坛上的解决办法，但是试了不行，哪位大神可以详细一点的讲述一下解决步骤吗？？？谢了。
