I have been working on finding recipes for as many items as I can, as well as tweaking and fixing broken recipes.

If you are interested in helping out with this project, please take a moment to check the wishlist below. I will be updating it as items are discovered, and as I come across new items!

I have started a second recipes file named recipesstorage.xml. In this file I will be adding recipes for Refrigerators, Cupboards, etc as I discover them. The reason this is a seperate file is that these items when created spawn with loot inside them. Some people could see this as cheating, but I recognize that there are people who will want to create that "perfect" creation with all the amenities of home. So for those of you who do not want "free loot", the recipes.xml file will contain only recipes that cannot be used to create "free loot". For those who want to be able to create all the cosmetic amenities for their home, recipesstorage.xml will contain everything in recipes.xml as well as loot spawning items.

If you come across anything that you wish you had a recipe to create, or recipes that are not intuitive or do not seem to function correctly, please feel free to ask me about them. I am always looking for new things to add, or things that could be tweaked to improve all our 7 Days To Die gaming experience!

All weapon recipes except the Rocket Launcher revolve around having a spring in the middle square. I'll leave it up to you to figure out the layout for the Forging Metal and Tubing

All ammo recipes except the M-136 Rocket utilize Lead Ingot as their top ingredient.

I need to find the item names for the various metal railings
I need to find the item names for the triangular roofing blocks (The ones on the prefab houses that fall and kill you if you sneeze)


***Disclaimer***
Not every recipe is originally mine. A few recipes and fixes were incorporated from the great work others have already done. Some have been tweaked and changed to fit with the simple and intuitive layouts I am attempting to incorporate.

If you find any recipes that do not work correctly, please inform me asap. I will be updating this as I continue to add more recipes and fixes!

It is my intention to help with the development of this game. If you see any recipes here that you would like to utilize in your own creations, feel free to take and tweak to your own satisfaction. I do not claim any ownership of these ideas and recipes, and you are free to utilize them as you see fit.

***Installation***
To find the recipes.xml file, navigate to the directory that you installed 7 Days to Die to. Inside the 7DaysToDie-Alpha folder, navigate to the Data folder, then to the Config folder. Inside the config folder you should see your vanilla recipes.xml file. Please make a copy of this file and save it somewhere in case you want to go back to standard recipes.

To add my modifications, simply copy the new recipes.xml file into this folder and replace the original file. Start your game, and enjoy!

To use the recipesstorage.xml file, simply download and rename it to recipes.xml then follow the same steps to place it in your data/configs folder!
