小白求指导，安装问题

直接安装，装好了，打开报错a fatal error has occurred and the game cannot countinue!
百度了一下，因为我不懂怎么弄把dx改成dx9，所以就选择了第二种方法，用管理员身份运行。
重新安装，选择用管理员身份运行，结果这次就直接不能安装了，安装的时候就报错
an error occurred while unpacking;can not read data!%NUnarc.dll returned an error
怎么办啊。。。完全搞不定。。。折腾了一下午了。。。
