This is more or less a 'Joke' mod to me.
The HDT rig and weighting took me 30 mins.
Figuring out how to upload onto nexus appropriately took me 2 hours.

I might work on it enough to make it serious later just to see how well it could work with fur type applications.

I wish I could link to the birthplace of the original idea, but alas I cannot as it's in that place.

Anyway here's a terrible gif of what it can sort of look like.

It's got movement when you jump up and down as well as when you 'sway' a bit I guess.

Q: Why would you waste time on this when you could be making HDT capes, tails, armours etc..
A: I have or others are working on those things.

Q: What did you use to make this?
A: A Text Editor, and 3dsMax 2012 with Havok Content Tools 2012

Q: Can you make an improved version with better movement?
A: No, I'm done with this mod on nexus, you can easily do it yourself by opening ptest.xml and editing values.

Q: I equipped hair but it doesn't move!
A: I only added physics to the Bushy pubic(耻骨的) hair.
