I imported here in the workshop an old mod from 2009 created by HuManBing, and helped with their friends GlassDragon and Alinestra Covelia. I left the original readme inside the mod folder

This mod renames the chinese unique units and add a new light infantry unique unit, aka the Jiefangjun for the Information Age. This mod isn't untouched, I already fixed it following the comment by HuManBing adjusting the resource costs. Also on my own I fixed a bug which made the Jiefangjun without its art, which I find pretty beautiful
