Familiar Faces allows you to create persistent copies of your character that exist independently of saved games. You can then visit those characters from any of your saved games; send them into the world to interact with, recruit as followers, marry or kill.
Getting started
Shortly after starting or loading a game, you should receive a Portal Stone in your inventory. You can use that stone from your Inventory (under misc items, where you find your dragon bones and other miscellaneous stuff) to warp to the Shrine of Heroes. Activate the "Tome of the Dragonborn" in front of an empty alcove to save your character there. The save process will take some time; exactly how long depends on how many skills, perks, and inventory items your character has. It should never take longer than a minute of real time and should rarely take longer than 30 seconds unless you have a huge number of inventory items.

Once your character has been saved in an alcove, a statue of them will appear, possibly surrounded by various trophies and banners. These reflect your progress and which paths you chose in your adventures through Skyrim. An index of the available trophies can be found here.

WARNING! Do not use the portal stone while you are inside the shrine! You'll end up stuck there and unable to return to your previous location! If you've already done this, use cow tamriel 2 0 at the console to return to Tamriel. This will be fixed in a patch release in the very near future!
Meeting your character

Now for the fun part! Load up a saved game on a different character. As before, use the Portal Stone (there may be a delay before it gets placed in your inventory, just wait). The first time you visit the Shrine, your other saved characters will be loaded in. This process may take some time, depending on the number of characters, how many custom items they have, etc. Opening the Tome of your saved character will send them into the world as NPCs. They will have a default spawn point based on their own adventures which can be changed from MCM.

Upon locating and talking to your imported character, you should be able to recruit them as followers (see VoiceTypes below). You can also make them a marriageable lover or your worst enemy via MCM.

如何开始：载入游戏之后，你将自动获得一枚传送石，在杂物栏里。用双手快速摩擦这块石头，你将会被传送得到英雄神殿，在一个空的神坛前面读一读一本名为《抓根宝名册》的书就能保存现在的角色，读书时要耐心点，你的CPU忙着把你的技能啊天赋啊背包里的各种垃圾要抄到书里面去，CPU强劲的话不过30秒就帮你抄好了。
当你的角色在神坛上保存好了之后，一座你的伟岸雕像就会冉冉升起，旁边还会有一堆旗帜啊奖杯啊什么的，取决与你在天际各大工会组织混的怎么样。

注意！！
在神殿内不要使用传送石！不然你会永久地卡在哪里那儿也去不了——除非你会用控制台。。。。这个bug以后作者会修复的。

与平行世界的你相遇！
抗盲北鼻！读取另一个存档，跟上一步一样，用传送石（可能会慢一点），来到英雄神殿，你会发现上一个平行世界里的你自己已经在那里了！读一读那本《抓根宝名册》你就能让神坛上的伟岸雕像活过来，可以对话（语音可选）。通过MCM选项你可以设置抓根宝小弟的技能以及与你的关系（不认识的路人？好机油？随从？夙敌？都行！）
