内附安装包，直接确定游戏目录安装即可，然后在MOD管理器里选择启动。

This is a mod that rebalances many aspects of Soulstorm and includes new features such as a farther zooming camera for a better gameplay experience. Read the included readme for more information.

Thank you for downloading our mod we hope you enjoy it. Please read the following Information below.

Important Information:  After you have installed the mod you will need to activate it within the game.  Start the game and going the options screen, once there you should see the mod named rebalance.  Select the mod and click on the activate button.  Activating the game will restart the game once the game restarts you are ready to play.

Please remember that this mod can only be played with others that are also using the mod online.

System Performance:
With all the new enhancements this mod adds and the new pop cap you will need to make sure your pc is powerful enough to host a Multiplayer game. With the increased pop cap the AI will come at you with a full onslaught of units.
This can cause performance issues if your pc is not up to the task. So please be warned.

Many new changes have been added to this mod, read below to see those changes.

Now zoom out much further for a better view of the battlefield. Note: If you don’t want to use our camera mod delete these 3 files in the W40KData directory.

Special Abilities: All Races

Most of the special abilities cool down times has been reduced by 40 percent and the ranges of those have been increased by 15 percent.

HQ Radius has been increased by 15 percent.
Eldar Web Gateway radius increased by 15 percent.
Turret cap raised from 6 to 16
Plasma Generators can now be placed anywhere.
