PS:用法：左上角有个LANE点一下然后点要修改的路段会弹出修改窗口来

• Existing traffic that is on the road and has worked out its path, will not be effected by the changes, so it will take a few minutes (or more in a big city) for lane changes to take effect.
  

对修改前已经跑上路的车无效，所以要过一段时间才会生效（大城市生效更慢）
除去红绿灯
