巫师3的载入机制，是loading与动画同步进行，动画优先级高于loading，如果loading完成但是动画没播完，就要等待动画结束才终止整个载入机制，非常耽误时间。

这个MOD的作用就是让取消动画。

不相信的人可以试一下，不装这个mod，然后载入游戏，在动画刚开始播放的时候按两次回车，这个作用是跳过动画，然后你就会发现动画会提前结束，进入游戏。

本人机械硬盘，8G内存，I7 3770K ，GTX 760，主线进度到了群岛，要去和叶奈法调查爆炸现场，载入的时候动画内容是两幕，第一幕白狼从船上掉下去，第二幕上岛，在第一幕按回车，第二幕中间就结束载入了，表示loading bar早就完成了。而不按回车，就要等第二幕台词念完才结束，多出6秒时间。反复载入测试，结果一致。

INSTALLATION:

1. Extract the contents of the folder of your choosing:

   disable both
   disable intro only
   disable storybook only

   to this location: The Witcher 3\content\content0\bundles
   (it works for both steam and gog)

2. Launch the .bat file. Now it takes around 10 seconds for it to replace the videos With an empty file.

3. Go to: The Witcher 3\content\content0\movies\cutscenes\gamestart\bumpers
   And delete or rename the file "bumpers.usm"

4. Done!

  删除或者重命名这个文件 "bumpers.usm"（个人建议还是备份再删除）

4. 搞定!

So here is how to enable it:

go to USERNAME\Documents\The Witcher 3\ open user.settings. Search for these lines:

[LoadingScreen/TCR]
ShowProgress=false

and

[LoadingScreen/Editor]
Disabled=true

Now set these values to:

[LoadingScreen/TCR]
ShowProgress=true

and

[LoadingScreen/Editor]
Disabled=false

Done. Have fun being anal about the loading progress


自己翻译了一下：
打开你的USERNAME\Documents\The Witcher 3\目录下，打开user.settings，搜索这些行：

还有

这两个值分别反过来改成true和false

这样就有载入进度条了

说句题外话，这些日子没事就去看那几个.settings文件，发现能配置的元素实在是太多了，看了看几乎都可以为了这些文件写个小配置程序了
