跪求CTD排查砖家帮我看看CTD原因

有时候在漆黑的屋子拿火把出来游戏自动就跳回桌面，再切回来画面就全黑了，但能听见游戏对话和打斗施法等声音。有时候查看道具查看法术说明的时候偶尔有同样的情况。反正1小时有2次左右这样的情况。请问怎么解决。用LOOT排序过很多次了。
