在Steam會轉成ASIA版。
       所以問題是他會同步開放多語言還是更新後才轉中文字幕，才是我們想知道的。
      所以在STEAM4上預買的輻射四應該會是自帶繁體字幕英文語音的。
      據官方的說法，steam應該會看你你的區域來決定你遊戲內附帶的語音跟字幕。
