For people that doesn't want any form of respawning of NPCs or Items after they have cleared them, this mod is for you.

Installation
Add "bEnableFileSelection=1" in "Fallout4Prefs.ini" below the [launcher] the Fallout4Prefs.ini is located in "Documents/My
Games/Fallout 4".
put the esp in Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data
The esp should load when you start the game
if your want to set the load order go to "AppData\Local\Fallout4" and add
the esp to the "plugins.txt" after the "Fallout4.esm".

你清理掉敌人就不会刷新咯....真有人玩一波流么........

安装方法~
~在Fallout4Prefs.ini中[launcher]栏下添加bEnableFileSelection=1 Fallout4Prefs.ini在 我的文档/My Games/Fallout 4 中
~将解出的文件复制到游戏根目录下Data文件夹中
~如果想设置加载顺序 用记事本打开plugins.txt（在C:\Users\[YourUser]\AppData\Local\Fallout4），将下载的esp后缀文件的文件名（包括.esp的后缀）粘贴在 Fallout4.esm 下面

请问这个是单独只不刷敌人，还是物资和敌人都不刷呢？有单独禁止刷物资的MOD吗？
