[color=#000000]So, the same as all of you guys, I also suffered the major problem in the game which is Low FPS or sudden FPS Drop. I've been looking for the solution all day long and try all of it in order for me to play smoothly (at least 25-30 fps) and IT WORKS! [color=#000000]I don't know which one really works for me so I will put all the things I did below:

[color=#000000]*note: It might be not the best graphic mode, but at least you can play smoothly. AND THIS TUTORIAL ONLY APPLY TO FIX FPS PROBLEM [color=#000000]not other problems (like crash or static sound etc.)

[color=#000000]1. Go into the game and go into the game settings (because I'm using controller then I press "Y" at the Game Mode menu screen).
2. Go below and set the settings like I did:

[color=#000000]Shadow Quality - Low

[color=#000000]Resolution - 1280x720

2. Go to your Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 steam folder and search for "NSUNS4.exe", then rename it to "NSUNSA.exe" (an A instead of 4).
3. Extract the .zip file and put all of the content inside to your Storm 4 folder.
4. Play the game from steam and you will get the launcher, there you can checklist the V-Sync box (because sometimes when V-Sync is turn on, it can improve the performance).

[color=#000000]1. Type MSConfig in your windows search bar.
2. In the System Configuration, checklist the box next to "Use original boot configuration".
3. Press the Apply button then OK and Restart your computer.

[color=#000000]1. Right-click on your desktop screen and click the NVIDIA Control Panel.
2. Go to Manage 3D Settings then click Add and look for the Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 app and click Add.
3. I know many of you don't have the "Select the preferred graphics proccessor for this program:" so do I. What you need to do is just set your Power management mode to "refer maximum performance".
4. Click the Apply button and try to play the game.

[color=#000000]1. Go to your Steam Game Library and look for NSUNS4.
2. Right-click on it and go to Properties.
3. In the Properties, select the Local Files tab.
4. Then click the "Verify the Integrity of Game Cache" and wait for it to finish.
5. And you are done.

[color=#000000]2a. If you have done the SECOND SOLUTION (in this case you have changed the name of NSUNS4.exe to NSUNSA.exe), you should replace the file that you just extract with the NSUNS4.exe from the client at SECOND SOLUTION not the original .exe which is NSUNSA.
[color=#000000]2b. If you haven't done the SECOND SOLUTION then just extract it and copy the launcher to your Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Steam Folder then replace it with the original NSUNS4.exe
[color=#000000]3. Just replace it if the computer asked you to do.

[color=#000000]If you have done the sixth solution, you may suffer some crashes at certain scene like Juubi vs Kyuubi etc. I haven't suffered any of the crash after I did the 6th solution, it's because even before I did the 6th solution, I can already play the game with stable 30 FPS but in 1280x720 resolution, and after I tried the 6th solution, now I can play the game at 1920x1080 with 30 FPS smoothly. So, in my opinion, the reason I didn't get the random crash is because I mix all the solutions above, not only the 6th solution. Maybe you should try it too!

I know that it might not help all of you but at least I want to share this to you guys to help you play the game better. Still, the best fix/solution should be coming from the Dev itself releasing the first patch to make the performance better.
