【废土电台】求详细制作电台MOD的办法！~

如题，最近打算做下电台MOD，每次玩FO4听着钻石城电台，已经很烦了，今天早上网易云音乐突然推送了一首BLUE MOON，一下子让我回到N年前新维加斯邮差的冒险了。不过很可惜当年通关的时候还没DLC，现在全DLC又没有去玩的意图了，话说好像辐射3也是只玩了安克雷奇和匹兹堡，好吧，是时候重返FO3和维加斯了。
回到主题，求一个详细制作电台MOD的教程。我不是很想把钻石城替换掉。而是做一个独立的电台。当然曲子都选好了。资源准备好了，就辐射3和新维加斯的电台即可。
如果实在是做不了独立电台。。那只有替换大法了。不过我还是报下希望吧。
