New additions
- Added seasonal Autumn and Halloween decorations for your building
- Added a Russian translation

Bug fixes
- Fixes in Italian, French translations
- UI bottom ribbon bug fixes, to make the buttons lay out better on narrow displays (less than 1280px wide)

就是加了个秋季和万圣节装饰.其他的也就外观BUG修复和其他语言修复.(加了俄语都没官中..)
