Hearing fans arguing over which characters have terrible design is nothing new. Among the more hardcore crowd, things like “character design” are usually used for character moveset, playstyle, and how that character matches up with the rest of the cast. It’s a little sobering though to realize that design does mean something completely different to the rest of the world.

WhatCulture, known for their list articles and videos, try their hand at presenting the most offensive character designs in Street Fighter history. Their opinion on this matter is a tad surprising, with them criticizing cult fan favorites, and not really branching out past Street Fighter III and Street Fighter EX.
