Storyline:
The Old empire was defeated. Invaded from all side by its enemies
and former allies, Calradia was crushed. But sometime an empire can
rise from its ashes.
The townfolk have sad memories of their past glory. Perhaps a new
warlord will emerge, unite the townfolk against the invaders, submit
the foreign citizens to his rules and deal with the so called nobility
of those foreign invaders, because they are little more than bandit lords
with a title, razing and ravaging the villages

Features
Tweak
-Bandits can team up against you
-Heroes no longer complains against each others
-Your empire will be named Calradia (instead of @#$ rebels)
Side effect: Claimant Kingdom will be named Calradia
until the rebelion is completed. But YOUR EMPIRE when you
decide to start it will be named Calradia

More troops for everyone
-Bandits troops trees
-Each bandit faction got its own color
(you can't join them, but it look cool and they are stronger)
-Nord and Rhodock Calvalry
-they are still mostly infantry, don't worry, fit in the world
-weak cavalry, but better than none, males them more of a challenge
-Kherjit infantry and foot archers
-They are still mostly cavalry, don't worry, fit in the world
-It looked weird for them to be so weak on foot.
Footman technology shouldn't be a mystery

More exclusive troops for the KIngdoms !!!
-The player cannot access those troops !!!
-Makes for a much harder challenge !!!
-Kingdoms get officers troops (Captains, Commanders, Warden)
-I kept the name the same accross all Kingdoms for easy identification
-Those are nearly the strenght of Xerina/Dranton/Kradus !!!
-Kingdom mercenaries troops
-Level between the old high end and the officers
-Dark Knights, Black Kherjits, Blood Lords, Mountainers, Inquisitors...

Overall changes
-Heraldry increased in Swadia and Rhodock
(but removed from Nords and Vaegir because there wasn't much)
-Armies are MUCH STRONGER but not much bigger.
They really pack a punch now !
-Fixed the foreign clothing on some Kingdom lords
-Fixed the Armor not showing on Sanhar Khan
All Kingdom Heroes much Stronger and have much more reknown
-you can ask them about themselves
-They got +20 levels
-they got personal style (each is different)
according to culture and focus (different skills/proficiencies)
Bandits parties much stronger and a bit larger
-carefull with those steppe bandits !!! and Sea Raiders !!
-no more free lunch !!!
-otherwise the gradation in difficulty is the same
-looters are much easier than the rest, but much harder than before
-(watchout for the ringleader)
-you may need a full party of heroes to take them out
(according to my testing)
Arena challenge increased
-Strenghtened the ordinary warriors
-the Lords are Xerina/Kradus/Dranton level in term of challenge
Villages Improvement
-talk to village elder to land troops in villages (retire them)
for added protection and help for defense
(no upkeep - they retired- you cannot get them back)
(similar to "give troops to lord" in the rebelion quest)
-Talk to village elder to access his equipment and store
equipment and horses, or just to make him look cool
Hero dialogue tweak
-you can trade goods with them. easing up caravans/horses storgae
known issue: the trading is at cost price (no rebate)
and the npcs got no money at first.
It will cost you money to "create the caravan space"

===More heroes===
Those are new types of heroes
They got the same features of heroes but count as troop
-> you can use them do do sieges with only heroes
-> you can use them to count for troops for caravan
and military campaign
=> all hero party possible
(you will need this with the new challenge level)
The heroes are peoples that were already in game.
They got a join dialogue, and you can send them back where you got them.
So they are easy to dismiss and find back
In fact, they are still present in town after you leave
and you can still use those npcs functionality
warning: you can hire them twice, but entering any village/castle/town
will reset the party count correctly. So there is no real bug there
The heroes have names that fit with the world
(many taken from the list of Nervous men)
LIST OF HEROES TYPES (and archetypes
29 are women, the rest are men
they all got random faces, thoroughly tested
(no bald hair or weird stuff on women)
They got the stats, skills and weapons of their archetypes.
Sorry, after the 100 lords I had no patience to individualize that
They don't have dialogues or backgrounds either (no string... )
maybe latter if I figure how to do it

10 travelers : klethi
18 inkeepers : ymira
18 guildmasters : jeremius
18 arena masters : marnid

why not use matheld/ayalen/etc as archetype ?
those I used are free and weak. the other are strong and cost money.
you can still hire the regular heroes anyway (all 18 of them)
if you need strong warriors, get the 5 trainers, they're like firentis
Why didn't I make the village elders and other merchant recruitable ?
There was an issue with the game generating goods in their inventory all the time
I think using the village elder as "wardrobe" is a nice compromise.
