This is Katiel, a happy-go-lucky  redguard storm mage. She is incredibly smart, and she tends to get really
excited about any discoveries she makes while she’s studying in the college of winterhold. She loves to
explain and teach people about the things she knows. She's happy to travel with the dragonborn to learn
new things, and gain the opportunity to teach more people.
