刚玩卷轴的新人求助

玩了一段时间任务后想玩玩mod，对天际女工比较感兴趣
但是不知道为什么     每次接外出任务的时候都会出现这个提示：任务清单不显示可能有以下两个原因1the version of SKSE you're using us obsolete.RP required 1.7.2 or higher
2JContainers(3.2.4 or higher)is missing,or another mod is overwriting its filed with an older version.
Once you make sure you have the latest versions of both SKSE and COntainers installed,go to the MAN
of the mod,in the Quest Settings tab,and select
