求助！！打了w3ee mod出现错误，求解决方法！！

已知，下面两个文件都没问题，只要放了第一个就是modW3EE这个文件夹，必定出错。
另外一个疑问，网上说的安装方法，找不到 keybindsxml.txt 这个东西啊！
