改变级别

你可以改变员工的级别。工资调整为员工的期望薪金。如果你的资格数与期望的等级相匹配，你只能减少等级（排名3–最大3个资格）。

取消资格

取消资格，如果不需要任何其他资格的资格。

增加资格

从资格列表中选择要直接添加到雇员的资格。

提示：在您选择一个动作之前，您必须选择/单击所需的雇员。之后，打开MOD管理器并打开MOD“选项”。




Available actions

• Change rank
  You can change the rank of your staff. The salary is adjusted to the desired salary of the employee. You can only reduce the rank if your number of qualifications matches to the desired rank (Rank 3 -> Max 3 qualifications)
• Remove qualifications
  Remove qualifications if the qualification is not required for any other qualification.
• Add qualifications
  Select from a list of qualification the qualification you want to add directly to the employee.
  

Hint: Before you can select an action, you must select / click the desired employee. After that, open the Mod Manager and open the mod "options".
