增加了将近40种全新Perk，并且保持了一贯的黑幽默简介风格。
并且对原有的一些Perk，进行了更加合理的平衡。
压缩包含两个MOD文件，分别是：
1，只有新增部分的新增版（避免和其他perk mod 冲突），UPP-Lite.esp
2，和包含修改原有Perk部分的完全版，UPP-Full.esp。

Description:
============

This mod adds nearly 40 new perks to the game.
These perks:
-Are balanced
-Fit well into the game
-Add a lot of variety to gameplay
-Have higher requirements than the original perks to force the player to actually make choices
-Compliment the original perks well
-Are inventive and unique
-Preserve the dark humour of the Fallout world
-Some also have negative effects to balance their powerful advantages, more like the traits of the older Fallout

games

An example of a perk is "Merciful Killer", which grants the player the ability to quickly finish off enemies, but

only while they maintain a Good Karma level.

Optionally, this mod can also alter some original perks to make them more balanced with the new perks.

You collect some caps, and it only drives you to collect more, which gives you strength you never knew you had.
With this perk, for every 5000 caps you have, you can carry 10 pounds more of equipment (up to a maximum 50

Crazy Ivan 疯狂的Ivan
Requires:
-Level 10
-Explosives 50
Bang! Boom! Hahahaha! You love your explosives, making you much more effective at using Grenades. However you can't hold traditional weapons without shaking nervously, decreasing your accuracy with all other weapons in V.A.T.S.
-Note: +10% hit chance with grenades in V.A.T.S., +25 AP with grenades equipped, +10 explosives, -15% ccuracy with other weapons in V.A.T.S.

you rescue from the Super Mutants, you gain +5% damage against any Super Mutant (to a maximum of +50% damage).

The Repairman/woman 完美主义者

You can repair a lifetime of bad habits. You're used to using fully repaired weapons, and as such deal much more
damage with weapons that are over 90% of their condition, but less damage with those below 90% of their condition.
你偏执于使用完美的东西，当它们有一点点损坏，你就会不习惯。

Master Of The Wastes 废土牛人

You find that your vast experience in exploring the Wasteland allows you to adapt better and recover faster. With
this perk, once you have completed 25 or more Quests, you regenerate health slowly while not in combat.

The Shadow 黑影

You are a master at moving without being seen. So much so, that whenever you are sneaking you are cloaked in 25% invisibility.

Pacifist (3 Ranks)

-Note: Explosives is not decreased, due to a limitation of the G.E.C.K.

result of this, you also receive 25% less radiation when drinking from an irradiated water source.

With this perk, while you maintain an Evil or Very Evil Karma level, you gain 30% more experience points.

I Don't Like Mondays

Mondays make you angry. With this perk, you can unleash that anger- you gain +50% critical chance on Mondays.

Tough Motherfucker

-Endurance 6
You are one tough motherfucker. With this perk you gain a point each to both endurance and strength, and enemies are 25% less likely to critically hit you. However, chems have no effect on you.
你就是一个干你娘的混球。

Worth The Wait

Your critical hits don't happen often, but when they do it's certainly worth the wait. Your chance to critically hit is halved, but they deal twice as much damage (sneak attack criticals are not affected).

Last Gasp Effort

With your dying breath you gain the power to kill whatever nearly killed you. When your HP drops below 10%, all
your attacks result in critical hits.

Steady As She Goes

Description: You have learned how to hold big guns steady when firing. With each rank of this perk you gain +15% accuracy (plus a small mastery bonus at rank 3) in V.A.T.S. when using a big gun.
-Note: Plus 15% accuracy with big guns, then +30%, then +50%

Merciful Killer

You are quick to put your enemies out of their misery. For their own good, of course. With this perk, while you
maintain a Karma level of at least Good, you deal twice as much damage to foes beneath 25% health.
一个善良的杀手，每次都会用利索的手段了结掉敌人，避免他们受到太多的痛苦。
当然，你需要保持在Good的道德值以上的状态，这时当你的敌人快死的时候（25%生命值以下），你会对他有双倍攻击力。

You have the amazing ability to be able to eat any creature you kill, no matter how disgusting. While in sneak mode, you can devour creatures you have slain to replenish HP.

你经常偷偷地过去（潜行状态）吃掉那些你干掉的生物来补充你的生命力。

Steady Hand
稳健的枪手
Requires:
-Level 12
-Agility 7
You have learned how to hold your hand steady when firing, increasing your accuracy with all weapons outside of
V.A.T.S.
-Note: All weapons have half their normal spread
你学会了在开枪的时候，怎样稳稳地握住它。
增加你不用v.a.t.s.时候的准确性。（每种武器的偏差面会减半）

Love Being Hated
热爱废土
Requires:
-Level 14
-Charisma less than 6
You have become accustomed to being hated by the majority of the Wasteland. Their taunts, insults and, yes, even bullets, don't hurt you anymore. While you have an Evil or Very Evil Karma level, you gain 15% Damage Resistance.
你习惯了废土给你带来的各种麻烦。那些辱骂啊，傲慢无理啦，甚至是子弹，这些遭遇都使你觉得越来越容易对应，并且不再受到它们带来的什么伤害。
你需要保持道德值很低（Evil或者是Very Evil），这时你就会增加15%的伤害抵抗能力。

The Brave

Fortune favours... you. You find your bravery finally being rewarded with good fortune. Gain 2 points of luck.

Realist

Your adventures in the Wasteland have taught you a harsh truth- in order to gain, you must sacrifice. All your
combat skills decrease by 25, but all your attributes rise by 1.
-Note: Explosives is not decreased, due to a limitation of the G.E.C.K.

V.A.T.S. Master

You are an expert at using V.A.T.S. and have significantly more AP to do so, however your attacks outside of
V.A.T.S. now quickly drain your AP.
-Note: Attacks outside of V.A.T.S. cost 25 AP, your AP can go into negative values, and you will not be able to
enter V.A.T.S. until it goes into a positive value from normal methods of recovery (drugs, waiting, sleeping, or
just the normal recovery rate), regardless of your AP value you can attack normally, but it will continue to send
your AP into negatives
你一用v.a.t.s.就厉害的不行，而且还有相当多的AP值供你挥霍。但是，当你不用v.a.t.s.的时候，你就是个瘪三，你每开一枪都会丢掉你的AP值。
AP成了你的直接打枪的累赘，不进入v.a.t.s.系统开枪的话要消耗25点AP/每枪。

Juggernaut（印度教某神）

You are an unstoppable force of nature, and as such have significant damage resistance and increased health.
-Note: Increase health by 60, increase damage resistance by 20%

Rad Invulnerability

Your body has grown accustomed to the radiation that is so prevalent in the Wasteland, and you are now mostly
immune to it. You gain 85% radiation resistance, and receive no radiation from water sources.
在吸入了废土的大量辐射以后，你觉得辐射越来越像氧气一样不可或缺。以前辐射给你带来各种麻烦，现在已经不复存在。而且即使你喝马桶里面的粪水，你也不会觉得有多难喝。
增加85%的辐射抗性，喝任何水质都不会再对身体有所负面影响。

Installation:
=============

1. Move your choice of "UPP-Full" OR "UPP-Lite" to the Fallout 3/Data directory.
2. Go to Data Files in your FO3 launcher menu and check the .esp you chose
3. Have fun

Uninstall:
==========

1. Remove the .esp you chose from your /Data directory.

Compatibility:
==============

The Lite Version of this mod is compatible with everything.

The Full Version is incompatible with mods that change the same original perks, or mods that change the lists

erkDemolitionExpert" or &quot

erkPyromaniac". Basically if you use a mod that changes the original perks then it is

best to use the Lite Version instead.

Updating From Older Version:
============================

This should be the last time that this is even an issue- Version 2 has been rebuilt, and future versions will only

expand on this base. This version SHOULD work fine if you simply untick the old version and tick this version.

However if you have any problems with this, the best thing to try is to rename the .esp you are using (either "UPP

-Full.esp" or "UPP-Lite.esp") to "UPP.esp", and see if that makes a difference.
