黑鬼隱身服原本是中國的精英部隊/反恐怖單位在大戰爭前和期間所穿的。
在中國，hei gui（黑鬼）的意思是“黑色幽靈” 。


這裝甲是主動偽裝系統，啟動時，產生一個調製場將反射光從一方發射到其他的對象，使人更難發現（但不是完全看不見的） 。

黑鬼技術的基礎源自不可靠的"隱形小子" ，開發單位比美國先進。

已知用途
黑鬼被用在中國入侵阿拉斯加 ，是中國用來對抗美軍的動力裝甲 。

The Hei Gui Stealth Suit is an armor originally worn by elite Chinese counterinsurgency/terror units before and during the Great War. In Chinese, Hei Gui (黑鬼) means "Black Ghost."
The armor has active camouflage systems that, when activated,generate a modulating field that transmits the reflected light from oneside of an object to the other, making a person much harder to notice(but not completely invisible). Hei Gui technology was the basis forthe unstable "Stealth Boy" wrist units developed in the U.S.

Known usesThe Hei Gui was used during the Chinese invasion of Alaska and was the Chinese solution to invasion by U.S. forces in power armor.
It was also used during raids against Hoover Dam
secret laboratory and Limit-115 laboratory.

AppearancesThe Hei Gui armor was to appear in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios. It was the step up from UAF armor with its small stealth bonus. It will also appear in the Operation: Anchorage Fallout 3 DLC pack.
