新DLC解锁都没用啊！！！！！！！！

正版，前几个DLC都是RMB买的。现在我用了DCL解锁补丁，也修改了新的INI1209110 = Total War: THREE KINGDOMS - A World Betrayed
1244640 = Total War: THREE KINGDOMS - White Tiger Yan

但是，一进游戏所有叛乱的上面都有个小锁，点进去都是显示需要购买。求助原因
