Introduction
Hello! Welcome to a new start date. 207, fit with new factions, new units, and special mechanics. Well the Alpha of it, currently we have 5 new resources, and about 4 new units.
This is a very barebones version of the mod, as currently we only have each faction down with some of the generals in each them. So you may encounter some bugs. As of right now, I haven't figured out how to replace/add in new audio for the opening so there is no sound.

Liu Bei Overhaul
Liu Bei is a very boring resource to use after a bit, as you can reach max tier fairly easy and you have nothing to spend it on, so I went ahead and modified the Captain's Armoury to allow it usage on Generals instead.
I am planning on more changes for it but this is the framework I am working on.
