Fix Lag or freeze in CG Movies
Many CG Movie will be freeze or causes lag on start play in game, because movie frame rate is 59.9 instead of 29.9 .
Usually 60 frame require more Overall bit rate for get result same quality in 30 frame then it will be slower anyway.
With decrease bitrate result will be faster and quality decrease then must keep it balanced.
This mod fix them.
Quality and resolution near to not changed.
Only frame rate 59.9 with high bitrate of Movies was fixed and other video files not included in this mod.
don't delete any original file or folder of game.
You only need just extract and replace my files in path.
It's recommended to create backup of original files before replace them.
修正CG电影中的延迟或停顿
许多CG电影在游戏开始时会被冻结或导致停顿，因为电影帧速率是59.9而不是29.9。
通常60帧需要更高的整体比特率，以在30帧中获得相同质量的结果，但无论如何都会较慢。
随着比特率的降低，结果会更快，质量也会下降，因此必须保持平衡。
这个mod可以修复它们。
质量和分辨率接近不变。
只有帧速率59.9的高比特率的电影是修复了的，其他视频文件不包含在这个mod内。
不要删除游戏的任何原始文件或文件夹。
