This mod adds the Peacekeeper Pulse Pistol from the TV show Farscape to
Fallout 3.

There are five hand placed Pulse Pistols that can be found at the following
locations:
Arlington Library
Chryslus Building
MDPL-13 Power Station
MDPL-16 Power Station
SatCom Array NW-07c

There is also a more powerful, unique version called Winona hidden somewhere in
the Wasteland.

All Pulse Pistols can be repaired with either Laser Pistols, Plasma Pistols, or
other Pulse Pistols.

They use Energy Cells for ammo.

In the TV show a pulse pistol can fire around 500 shots before needing to
reload. Obviously this would be totally unbalaned in-game which is why they can
only fire 15 shots per clip (20 for Winona).
