Did you like more the Administrative Capacity system to extend your empire? This mod allows you to have something similar to the system that there was before 3.3 Stellaris version.
This mod do:
Bureaucratic buildings can build by spiritualists
Bureaucrat now produce -1% of System and Colony sizes.
Manager now produce -1% of System and Colony sizes. (MEGACORP)
Synapse drone now produce -1% of System and Colony sizes. (HIVE MINDS)
Evaluator now produce -1% of System and Colony sizes. (MACHINE INTELLIGENCE)
Coordinator now produce -1% of System and Colony sizes. (MACHINE INTELLIGENCE)
Priests now produce 6 of unity instead 4.
The size of empire by pops is now half, 0.5 for each pop in your Empire.
