Brief
Add a perk "EternalWinter", will give you a permanent body temperature reduction debuff.
Add a item "TinderJar", can lit a tinder as fast as gascooker and Equip it help you keep warm.
Add a item "Scarf" to help you keep warm, can use large cloth to make it.

ModLoader at least v1.1.4

Installation
Put the zip file into BepInEx\plugins folder. After you done the directory structure will look like below
<Steam Directory>\steamapps\common\Card Survival Tropical Island\BepInEx\plugins\EternalWinter-x.x.x-ModLoaderx.x.x.zip

Uninstalling
Just remove the zip file
