The 0.3 beta release of the Silent Hill 4 randomizer, for the GOG version of the game.

Fixes/changes/new features since the last version:

Many crash fixes involving the enemy randomizer
New items and weapons if extra content is enabled
Randomizer settings moved into the "Option 3" menu if the option for it is enabled in the ini file
Random damage
New player models
Random player models now appear in cutscenes
Support for setting a fixed seed to use for the randomizer so you can get consistent randomized runs
Added "The Fog Approaches", a just-for-fun option to add dense white fog to most rooms
Known Issues

During the first encounter with the Sniffer dogs in Subway world, a frozen enemy with no collision might appear
During the Andrew DeSalvo ghost hallway in the Water Prison, the animations may become very glitchy. This will persist until you leave the room
Certain enemies (such as Wall Men) do not get randomized due to instability that can occur when randomizing them
If you do not put the randomizer_x.bin files inside the /data/ directory, you will appear invisible, certain menus will appear white, and the game may be prone to crashing
If playing as an Eileen model, she will still use Henry's SFX
Randomized player models inside of cutscenes will appear very corrupted. A future version will have a toggle to disable randomizing player models inside of cutscenes for those who wish to avoid seeing this
The new weapons can not be charged and make no SFX
When playing as an Eileen player model, she has no collision with the actual Eileen
Eileen healing items may not heal Eileen in the final boss. Using a Holy Candle on Eileen to "lock in" the healing before the final boss may work around this
Standing idly for too long in certain rooms may cause the game to crash
The new weapons do not have play any sound effects and do not have a charge attack
If you are only interested in restoring hauntings, make sure that everything but RestoreHauntings is set to 0.
