众所周知，游戏内的npc相关何FuctionNPC.json相关

经过测试，其图标，模型等只受到"model":""影响，
而model可以到NPCModel.json查找相关
比如{"userIndex":"8","id":"1001308","name":"保护武女","icon1":"","icon2":"鲍三娘","animStand1":"0","animStand2":"0","hasPhysic":"1"}
所以我把所有的非动物的NPC性别改成1（女），模型改成了鲍三娘就可以做到改变所有NPC性别的作用
PS：不用担心南北斗这两老登，这两在武将里面，甚至算已死亡武将，不过被尸鬼封尽了
