在启用结社的情况下,忽必烈开局发夜莺会有3黄槽,而研究完法典后却只有两张黄卡导致只能硬过回合,这一修改可以解决该问题。
用记事本打开DLC\Expansion2\Data文件夹下的Expansion1_Governments.xml
找到以下代码。

“GovernmentSlotType”是该政体提供的政策槽种类,包括SLOT_MILITARY(军事)SLOT_ECONOMIC(经济)SLOT_DIPLOMATIC(外交)SLOT_WILDCARD(万能)这四种,NumSlots就是政策卡槽数量。
所以,代码前两行的意思是

接回第一句,此时只要把第二行的"SLOT_ECONOMIC"经济改为"SLOT_WILDCARD"万能,也就是把黄槽改为紫槽,使法典变成1军事1万能,即可解决这一问题。
修改后如下

但是可能也会有人,比如我,觉得1红1紫看着有些奇怪,不如干脆2槽全部改成紫槽,此时只要把加红槽那一行代码删了,只留紫槽这行并把紫槽这行代码最后的数字改成2

即可让法典变成2紫槽
以此类推,如果有人打算给某个政体增加一些本来没有的政策槽类型,只需要插入一行新的代码照猫画虎进行修改即可。
注意:在进行修改后,如果读取修改前的存档,需要重新选择政体,才能把政策槽的数量变为修改后的数量。
此外,该修改AI势力也能享受到。
而4级政体的代码则在Expansion2_Governments.xml文件中

如果只是嫌政策槽太少想修改数量,个人推荐酋邦2通用之后,后续的1、2、3、4政体政策槽数量改为全种类卡槽数量2-3-4-5递增,还能缓解AI放着4级政体不用开倒车回去用3级政体的问题。
附带两个按举例图中修改后的文件,在DLC\Expansion2\Data下替换即可,如果有疑虑,替换前记得备份原文件。另外,Expansion1\Data下有同名的Expansion1_Governments.xml文件,这个是标准规则下的政策槽,注意不要弄混。

题外话:
听说文明7似乎删除了工人并且开拓者不能被抓,实际上文明6里也能实现类似的功能,自然学家、考古学家和摇滚乐队有一条代码
CanRetreatWhenCaptured="True"意思是被抓时可以撤退回市中心
将这条代码添加给工人和开拓者后,他们在被踩后也会像自然学家、考古学家和摇滚乐队一样不会被抓,而是直接撤退回附近的市中心。
另外,由于平原丘陵坐城产出可以达到2/2,有些人开局没有平原丘陵一般就会跳水,这种情况在GlobalParameters里搜索YIELD_PRODUCTION,把1改成2,即可把坐城保底生产力从1改为2。
