It will ONLY WORK with LOOTED/DEVELOPED EQUIPMENTS, if you bought an item from the Shop, it WON'T WORK.
- The EvalutionValue acts as a multiplier (of sorts)
- 11 is the 'legit' max value.
- You can put higher than 11, no issues with that.
- It will save and persist after a reload.
- You can also put negative values, for Weight for example, like -10, -20, -30.
- You'll need to figure out what does the "Stat 1, 2, 3, 4" do, if they're responsible for Damage, Memory Consumption, Ammo, Magazine, etc.
- DO NOT CHANGE THE AMOUNT OF STATS, IF X ITEM HAS 8 STATS, ONLY MODIFY 8 STATS, DO NOT TRY TO MODIFY MORE THAN THIS.
