Just talk to the npc before the final boss and when you defeat the boss use the needle, then load again and you can access act 3.

Open the game and save your progress.

Close the game completely.

Go to this folder on your PC:

Find the folder with your user ID — this is where your current save is stored.

Paste the downloaded files inside the folder with your user ID.

Launch the game again — your new save should now be loaded!

If your game is in Portuguese, change it in the second option in the menu and then go to the first option.
