Restores some developer hotkeys in base game (without dev menu), such as noclip, free cam, camera TP, TPP, etc.

Some identified working hotkeys (there may be more somewhere else - but I wasn't able to find out):

Most of the hotkeys are a toggle (press 1 time to turn on - 1 time to turn off)

Pause/Break - Free Camera

Scroll Lock/ScrLk - TPP

F1 - Teleport to latest player saved "camera" location (please notice that if you just entered your savegame, you'll be teleported to MapStart. This will work better if used with noclip, as it'll save your location), you can use this as a TP to camera location in free cam
