I increase the timing of perfect dodge a lot, and I mean a lot... It should be very easy for you to perform perfect dodge even without Omamori equipment.

Extract and put the 3 files in ~mods folder in your Silent Hill F paks folder location. In my case, it is:

While initially I can perfect dodge first hit easily, consecutive perfect dodge might be hard. I was unable to do it multiple times from initial enemy, but who knows it might work?
