This mode changes the weather instantly on demand, not waiting for any transitions. Just press F5 to cycle thru different weather conditions.

#Installation:

unzip the zip file and copy version.dll and WeatherChanger.asi into your game directory

version.dll will inject any asi file that exists in the game directory, so if you already have a asi loader installed from using some other mod, like winmm.dll, you only need to copy WeatherChanger.asi into your game dir to make it work. If not, copy version.dll as well. The asi loader used comes from here: https://github.com/ThirteenAG/Ultimate-ASI-Loader/releases
