Gives traveling porters Porter Boots instead of MULE Boots.

As MULEs can have MULE Boots and terrorists can have Terrorist Boots, there exists a Porter Boots item you can only ever obtain once in the entire game - supplies from the Recovery: Toolbox Order for Sam from the Craftsman early on into Episode 3. You might think that porter NPCs might carry them, but they carry the same MULE Boots as the MULEs. This fixes this problem by replacing the MULE Boots in the item pools for porters with the Porter Boots.

To install:  安装：
Requires Decima Workshop for installation. Includes versions for the regular edition of the game and Director's Cut.

Place the "install.bat" batchfile and "mod" folder from the folder corresponding to your game version in the same directory as "decima-cli.exe" in the tool's unpacked folder.

"Standard" is the original 2020 game release, as opposed to the Director's Cut.

Run the "install.bat" batchfile. It will ask you for the game directory; paste in the directory that contains the game executable, "ds.exe".

Go to your game directory's "data" folder, and find the following two files:

I also standardized the batchfile installation by making the folder name it asks for be generic and including the backup argument to a batchfile I found in another mod. This makes it easier to copy the files from this mod, wipe out the contents of the mod folder and put your own mod files in there if you want to release your own mod like this!
