If you don't want to back up your game, you can start a new game, save it, and it will appear in your files as maingame1. Download the file and change the number depending on the maingame you want to use. For example, maingame0 is the first game you play. If you create a new one, it will be maingame1. Download the mod and change the name of each file in the properties, replacing the number with the one you want depending on which slot you want to change the save to.
