早就想弄的一个mod， 一直觉得天威雷罚的施法动作不够好看，这个法术又是我最喜欢的之一，于是把它的施法动作替换了

I always wanted to make this mod. I always felt the casting animation for Heavenly Might: Thunder Punishment didn’t look good, and since it’s one of my favorite spells, I replaced its casting animation
