Removes all Agent Rank/Skills requirements for digivolving.
移除所有进化所需的特工等级/技能要求。


Digimon that previously only had Agent requirements have been adjusted to have stat requirements like everyone else.
之前只有特工需求的数码宝贝也调整成了和其他人一样的属性要求。

Recommended to use with Level Requirements to Digivolve for a more "old-school" playthrough.
建议配合等级需求进行进化 ，进行更“老派”的游戏体验。


Installation  安装
Install with Reloaded II.
用 Reloaded II 安装。
Requires Ryo frameworks and DSTS mod loader (with MVGL File Loader >=1.3.3) installed.
需要安装 Ryo 框架和 DSTS 模组加载器（带 MVGL 文件加载器>=1.3.3）。
