When you are in the rain, you gain a significant boost to elemental damage and elemental damage reduction(including fire/blast) ,
当你在雨中时， 会获得显著的元素伤害和元素伤害减免（ 包括火焰/爆炸伤害），
while enemies suffer reduced resistance to elemental damage (excluding fire).
而敌人则会减少元素伤害（ 不包括火元素伤害）。
Note: You/Enemy must be in the rain for this to take effect.Fight in the rain!!!
注意：你/敌人必须处于雨中方会生效。雨中战斗!!
