This save file has 39/40 rewards unlocked. To unlock the final one, just go to the rewards section and hold down the F key/Y button to get the final reward. After doing so, the Arcade machine will start to glitch. Press the F key/Y button again and you will find yourself in the Developer Room.

Using the Arcade, Clearing a run of BPM rush, Power Up! Tower Up!, Perfect Parry the new enemies & beating BPM Rush on EX Mode. These are all easy to do except beating BPM Rush on EX Mode, which you must beat on your own without the help of a save file.
