Increases the potency of weapon effects, talismans and relics. Sets all relic slots to white. Mainly aimed at making solo play more interesting and fun without removing all challenge.

Weapon effects now grant significant swings in power, for example: a vanilla effect might have three tiers giving 5%, 10% or 15%, that is now 25%, 50% or 75%.

Talisman potency has been increased slightly, but in a more restrained manner, for example: 10% -> 25%.

Installation 安装
Install ModEngine3(if you haven't already). Download the me3_installer.exe file.

Extract the contents of the mod download, you should end up with this:
