Files  文件
All combinations of characters share the same regulation.bin, so either you want only a few or all of them, use the same regulation.bin file.
所有字符组合共享相同的 regulation.bin，所以你要么只想几个，要么全部，使用同一个 regulation.bin 文件。

A CSV file of the modded params is also provided so that you could just use Smithbox to update the regulation.bin in future. The provided regulation.bin is for NR v1.01.3. I will NOT maintain the regulation.bin file.

Installation with UXM  使用 UXM 安装

• Run it to unpack and patch NR

• Back up the regulation.bin in NR's installation folder and also the DCX files in the parts folder that you want to replace with

• Replace the regulation.bin and the DCX files from this mod

• Disable EAC  禁用 EAC
• Launch NR, choose to play SOLO otherwise you may get banned

Installation with Mod Engine 3
使用 Mod Engine 3 安装

• Get ME3 here (you will need at least v0.5.0): https://github.com/garyttierney/me3/releases
  这里可以下载《质量效应 3》（你需要至少 0.5.0 版本）：https://github.com/garyttierney/me3/releases
• Install it by running me3_installer.exe and follow the onscreen instructions
  通过运行 me3_installer.exe 安装，并按照屏幕上的说明作
• Validate the installation by opening command prompt and run the following code:

  me3 --help
• If you don't see any error and seeing a bunch of usage info, then the installation is successful

• Then, write a *.me3 profile so that ME3 could load the mod. See ME3's documentation for that. I've uploaded an example profile for your reference.

• Double click on your ME3 profile and then ME3 should launch NR for you with the mod

• Note that, if you had used UXM before to unpack and patch NR, then you might need to use UXM to perform a Restore before ME3 could function normally

文件
所用的组合共用一个regulation.bin。无论你是只想用一个角色或是全部或是挑几个来用，都只需要使用同一个regulation.bin。

此处额外提供一个已修改的参数的CSV文件，你可以自行使用Smithbox来更新将来的regulation.bin。所提供的regulation.bin适用于夜环v1.01.3。我不会维护regulation.bin。

使用UXM的安装方法

• 运行UXM来unpack和patch夜环的EXE  运行 UXM 来 unpack 和 patch 夜环的 EXE

• 用这个mod的文件来替换夜环的regulation.bin和DCX文件
• 停用小蓝熊
• 启动夜环，选择脱机模式（联机可能会被封号）
• 应该就好了

• 在正式开始游戏前一定要调成脱机模式
• 注意：如果你之前使用了UXM来unpack和patch，那你可能要先用UXM进行一次回溯（Restore按钮）才能正常使用ME3
