Changes the regulation.bin to make everything available for purchase in the Roundtable cost 1 Murk
更改 regulation.bin，使圆桌会议中所有物品都能购买，花费 1 点泥土

You will still need to be able access the merchant to buy the items, for example the Collector Signboard will still only show after beating the Everdark Sovereign (sorry idk how to change that this is my first attempt at using Smithbox)

You can find the game files by either going (C

>SteamLibrary>steamapps>common>ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN>Game or right click the game on steam > manage > browse local files > game

Boot the game using the offline_launcher as it will boot without EAC

Put back vanilla regulation.bin whenever you're done buying what you want
