Select the rendering API that Elden Ring Nightreign uses. (Direct3D 10/11/12)

• You'll be prompted to select effect packages. You can choose to select all of them for maximum compatibility, or you can import this preset's file during this step, and ReShade will automatically download the effects needed for it.

Launch Elden Ring Nightreign:

• Once in-game, press the Home key (or whatever key you've configured for the ReShade overlay).

• Select "Cinematic-HDR ReShade.ini" from the dropdown menu at the top of the screen and enjoy the game.
