Use this mod through Mod Engine 3:

3. Put my mod file into your own mod folder. For example, put those .dcx files into "_mods/parts". There is a "regulation.bin" file for activating 3 addtional parts of character to show its whole body. You can use .csv file to merge it with your local "regulation.bin" file.
