Changes relic effects that give starting items (e.g. pots, knives, greases, etc.) to give infinite use versions of those items that cost FP. Does not affect all item types, for example crystal tears and starlight shards are excluded.

The infinite use versions of items work with Scholar's level-up system but belong to the reusable tools category (where wraith bell is) instead of their original group. Some items may not be balanced.
